OUR AREAS

Richmond County

Augusta is the oldest and second largest city in Georgia. Augusta has been rated as the second best place to live in Georgia, and 111th in the nation. (Places Rated Almanac). Situated on the beautiful Savannah River, Augusta is approximately 150 miles east of Atlanta on Interstate 20 in east central Georgia at the South Carolina border. Augusta is centrally located just two and a half hours from the beach and the mountains.

Columbia County

Columbia County, the 12th county formed in Georgia, was created in 1790. Originally part of Richmond County, Columbia County was named for Christopher Columbus. Rapid growth has transformed this county from a rural neighbor of Augusta to the major suburban county in the second largest metropolitan area in Georgia.

Aiken County

Aiken County is the only county in the United States named "Aiken." Formed in 1871 by combining portions of Edgefield, Lexington, Orangeburg and Barnwell counties, Aiken County was named for William Aiken, the first president of the South Carolina Railroad and Canal Company. Mr. Aiken reportedly never visited the County.
